They have added the most delicious smoked brisket to the menu! Put an order in, and the farmer himself puts hours into smoking it to perfection and cutting it just for you. Truly family owned and operated, farm to table, custom cuts available, and all the best fresh home grown staples for your kitchen. Whole cows and half cows available. Located in the strip mall in tightsqueeze on 29. Farmhouse Butchery never disappoints… they even bring fresh seafood back from the beach! They also have a location in South Hill at 100 W. Danville Street

It’s that time of year again and if you’re tired of turkey and ham for the holidays, why not impress your loved ones with a delicious prime rib! We are currently taking pre-orders for our locally raised prime rib for both Thanksgiving and Christmas.

This year you will have 3 options for size:
1. 7 ribs (a whole prime rib). You can get it with or without the bone. The bone tied back on runs about 20 lbs and it can feed anywhere from 12-14 people.
2. 4 ribs. Again you can get it with or without the bone tied back on. With the bone tied back on runs about 11 lbs and feeds anywhere from 6-8 people.
3. 3 ribs. With the bone tied on runs about 9 lbs and feeds anywhere from 4-6 people.

Please keep in mind that these are an average weight. Your prime rib could vary several lbs under or over the estimated figures as every cow is different.
