It’s that time of year again and if you’re tired of turkey and ham for the holidays, why not impress your loved ones with a delicious prime rib! We are currently taking pre-orders for our locally raised prime rib for both Thanksgiving and Christmas.This year you will have 3 options for size:
1. 7 ribs (a whole prime rib). You can get it with or without the bone. The bone tied back on runs about 20 lbs and it can feed anywhere from 12-14 people.
2. 4 ribs. Again you can get it with or without the bone tied back on. With the bone tied back on runs about 11 lbs and feeds anywhere from 6-8 people.
3. 3 ribs. With the bone tied on runs about 9 lbs and feeds anywhere from 4-6 people.
‼️IMPORTANT‼️
Please keep in mind that these are an average weight. Your prime rib could vary several lbs under or over the estimated figures as every cow is different.
